i'm guessing he wants to know wether to get a magnum or an xxx. i've used both (older magnum though) and they are really equal imo. since xxx is hard to get i would go with a magnum. plus the customer service at SI is just so much better then RE.

either way you have issues... with one of those options you have a sub and an amp with no box. and with the other you have a sub and a box with no amp.

wait until you can afford a sub, an amp, and a box. you will be much more pleased.

out of those two though, the magnum will produce a little bit of noise with no box, i wouldnt recomend it though.
