i wasnt comparing him to jordan, i was comparing that no matter how great jordan was there was always that person that said he sucked. that he couldnt do this, he couldnt do that. which is exactly what guest does to lebron. no matter how good he is hell never admit it.

i never said Lebron was not a good player...i said he wasnt good in the finals because our defense shut him down and exploited his weaknesses. i have given lebron his props in other threads i have posted in that i linked in other posts. he def is not a Jordan like you have always said he was. i dont say Timmy is the next Kareem...Duncan is Duncan...he's been in the league 10 years with identical numbers across the board and 4 rings. Show me someone else accomplish that with almost a different team every time and with a bunch of second round draft picks or d-league pick-ups.

He's a great player PERIOD. He just happens to be on a mediocre team for the most part. Who gives a flying FUCK about his endorsements.??? They mean NOTHING on the court. Never said they weren't beat soundly. That is where you can't seem to grasp such a simple concept of how many times I said they got beat pretty badly. Then again when you are half retarded, I guess it could be accepted.

You're misunderstanding the way I hate him. I hate him like a Steelers fan hates the Ravens and the Browns. Or like a Celtics fan in the 80s hated the Lakers. It's a "love to hate" kind of thing.

And yes, they are mediocre for the most part. They had a great post season but they're still only as good as Le Bron is on any given day. They're nothing like the Larry Bird's supporting cast in the 80s. Or Magic's supporting cast in the 80s. Or Jordan's supporting cast in the 90s. Or Detroit's WHOLE team in the late 80s. Those 4 great teams won a lot of titles between the 4 of them because they had their superstars but they also built around them. So for now (who knows what the near future holds for the Cavs) they are a mediocre team with ONE great player that willed them to the finals by himself.

BTW, I root for the Pistons because they're the home team of my state. I have ALWAYS been a Celtics fan. You just don't hear me talk about them very much because they have sucked for so long. This year should be interesting though.

And as far as your sig is concerned: Why are you comparing what Tim Duncan did at 22 to what Le Bron has done?? The Spurs were pretty much championship contenders before they drafted Duncan. The Cavs were in the dumps when they drafted Le Bron and I think he has brought them a long way since. Tim Duncan just pretty much jumped in on a team that was good enough to where he was rarely double teamed and had his way. I'm not taking anything away from Duncan, I think he is a fantastic low post player and will go down as one of the best ever. But to compare rings between the 2 players is just downright retarded.

like the yankees? how? do we have an unlimited salary cap? we have a bunch of late second round pics and a few players who came through the development league and one Franchise player. we can in no way be compared to the yanks...we dont even have as many rings as they do. the yanks have much more longevity that we have had. so deal with it.

Seriously the finals ended like 3 months ago. We know San Antonio has nothing else but seriously you act as if your life revolves around Duncan. You are about the worst fan I have ever seen. We do not hear a word out of you until after San Antonio wins a championship and then you are all the sudden talking shit. I atleast supported my team from beginning to end, and didn't go around 3 months later after the Pistons won in 2004 bragging about it.

Also Cleveland is a mediocre team. They won 50 games in a mediocre conference, and beat mediocre teams in the playoffs and got destroyed by a good team, so I don't see how Cleveland is anything but mediocre.

i am a spurs fan but i will be the first to admit that out of the 4 titles the spurs won they only really beat 1 really good team in the finals. they still went through the west but still come finals time who was left? new york? new jersey? detroit*? and cleveland?
