I did not say I didnt consider my consequences on a personal level with myself. However, I do not turn to a second set of rules a man made for me to blindly follow to get eternal life that again is all based on non factual writings.

It's the same game...just a bonus round.

I don't follow a second set of rules either.

But I do really believe

1. Doing the right thing matters

2. Contributing excess income to concerns that are important to you

3. Believing there is something greater than yourself

is all really matters.

This Jesus thing, sure I am suspect on, but I think God (if he is really omnipotent) is relative...meaning, he knows how I feel inside and what I really think. He knows I am suspect on Jesus because there is no algorithmn for it. But he knows I care about my fellow man, and benefitting the world around me at my sacrifice.

The whole contigency is the belief that God is a relative thinker. If he is not, and has a specific set a rules then I will not get into heaven. If I don't, it's God's loss as I believe that I have made the world around me a better place through my actions.

RE READ MY POST AGAIN.....................SOMEONE WROTE GODS OWN WORDS IN THE BIBLE WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE FOR THEM TO BE STANDING IN FRONT OF GOD AND HEAR GOD SAY THAT TO THEM THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD........

Now that I played with all of this I will state what I do believe in.

God is love, there is no "God" as an entity other than love. Its that simple to me...

I try to steer clear of these religious debates because well...each to their own. I personally love God, I do, I just think Christians are a bunch of retards.

I am not terribly concerned what Christians think. I am only concerned what God thinks.

Nope...Depends on what form of Christianity you are apart of. One says kill other says murder.

The oldest texts in the Bible were written in Aramaic, there was no word in Aramaic for kill, just murder. Things were changed through translation, Latin to Greek, and eventually English. This is one of my problems with the Bible. To much room for human error and manipulation to achieve there own personal agenda.

Now that I played with all of this I will state what I do believe in.

God is love, there is no "God" as an entity other than love. Its that simple to me...

If I loved you I would not want to harm you, or anyone around you. I wouldn't want to steal or cheat or kill cause all of these effect someone and that wouldn't be loving them.

When I die, I will cease to exist. I do not believe in any other form of heaven or hell or reincarnation.

I do not believe anything in the bible other than some of the fictional teachings help you to learn love. Hence bring you closer to loving unconditionally. Hence being somewhat "christ like" which is the definition of christian.
