I'm planning on the following

I already have speakers installed, but plan on not using the factory wiring/Bose system to power them.

Kenwood kfc-p707 component kit

Kenwood KFC-4675c 4x6 for rear doors

Kicker ZX 350.4 for the components and rear door speakers.

Sound Splinter Rl-i 10"

Kicker ZX300.1 to power the sub

I had a Silverado SS ('03) w/ Memphis m-class coax's in all 4 doors, and 2 Memphis M312's inverted under the rear seat. They sounded great off 1k
