I dunno. I've never used an Eclipse unit, and I personally don't like the 880PRS (800prs? wut?). The styling of the 880 and the Eclipse units really turns my interest in them off. Mind you, I know Eclipse units have great features.... I just think they're god awful looking.

800 is the 2008 version of the 880. It has a copper chassis and the face is black.

Got the radio hooked up. Don't particularly care for it. Maybe it'll sound better on an amp, but no high pass crossovers FTL. I'd rather have my 7 band eq from my 680MP over the Bongiovi acoustics. However, with the Bongiovi thing activated, vocals and percussion instruments have awesome clarity.
