here we go...

No, you're a fucking troll. You even have a troll as an avatar. You are the one trying to troll me and I'm not having it.
I wouldn't have been stupid enough to get in the situation in the first place. I'm not a criminal.
Why are you getting defensive? I'm honestly not trying to troll you. Saying that legalizing marijuana brings more crime is counterintuitive.

I don't care if you're a criminal. I know you're not stupid enough to be in the situation. You don't have to be an ass.

This whole topic was just begging for trolling anyway. Medical marijuana has been legal in California for 15 years. The title is misleading. What do you mean, "here we go..."? Where are we going? The federal government has been robbing medical marijuana growers and sellers for years.

That's the biggest problem with drugs. There is SO much crime associated with them. I lean toward decriminalizing marijuana... but this is the chief argument against it.
Haven't read entire thread don't know if this guys already been called out yet, but How would legalizing it cause more crime??????Why would someone try to rob someone when they can go get it legally easily?

I'm not getting defensive. You try calling me a troll and you'll get the trout bro.
Yea, and all I said was told you so. You jumped my ****.
Well, I wasn't trying to put a bunch of connotations onto the troll name. You aren't a mean troll. And you may not necessarily troll all the time. You might not have been trolling then, and I apologize. Kisses?

Honestly though, I think this whole part legalization shit is not the right thing for the whole decriminalization/legalization of marijuana. If they keep going the way they're going, I think it might just end up being legal for medical patients everywhere, and the whole country will be done with the question.

Read the fucking first post dipshit, and find out for yourself.
You can get cars legally everywhere in the world. WTF are people stealing them?!?!?
Cars are thousands of dollars. They can't be grown in someone's backyard in a couple of months. You have to remember that marijuana is a plant. It's not a rock. It's not a metal. It's a living thing, and it's not hard to get. And thieves will be thieves. If the guys carry around guns, I'm sure they steal more than just medical marijuana.

I'm too lazy to quote your other post, but I saw a medical marijuana delivery service on some documentary or some ****. The owner was just some 20 something year old kid, and he had hundreds of stops throughout his week.

Cars are free when you steal them. Same price as stolen drugs. Value is an irrelevant point to the subject. And they can be built in someone's garage in a couple months.
How isn't value relevant? It may not ALWAYS be the biggest factor in a thief's mind, but they don't go around stealing towels or empty bottles with guns. The only reason people steal weed is to sell it. Their business might be lucrative now, but it won't always be. If marijuana was legalized, dealers wouldn't walk around with backpacks full of weed. Everybody would be walking around with joints. Criminals would be forced to try to rob homes and stores.

Anyway, who would even buy from a criminal if it was legal? They'd go out of business and resort to stealing other things.

This isn't the chief argument against decriminalizing marijuana. This is the chief argument for decriminalizing marijuana.
As usual... not true.

The crime associated with marijuana is because it's so popular, and because it's the black market.
No matter what it would be controlled. It's a drug. So like any other drug that a prescription has to be written for, it will be bought and sold illegally and there will be people who steal for it. Legalizing it doesn't mean it will be freely available on the shelf. LOL!!!

There is SO much more crime associated with other drugs like cocaine, and heroin.
That's a tough fact to prove because most people that do those other drugs also do marijuana.

Marijuana hasn't been decriminalized because of the idiot conservatives who think it kills people, and the presidents are afraid of pissing you lovely conservatives off(because, after all, there are more of you than there are of people with logic).
Call us idiots but we're the ones who are paying for you to live in that government housing and eat that free cheese. We are also not mostly against marijuana. It's the democrats who are making a killing off of it being illegal. They can run their rehab programs for this non-addictive drug. They can continue all these charades and sheep like you will follow.

I understand you said you lean toward decriminalizing marijuana, but the fact that you make it such an issue in the first place is the problem. It's a plant, just like tobacco, only it makes you feel good and it's more expensive because it's illegal.
So is poppy. So is arsenic. Just like usual, your logic doesn't hold water.

As usual... not true.
You're right. Both sides use this kind of situation to its advantage. That's true.

No matter what it would be controlled. It's a drug. So like any other drug that a prescription has to be written for, it will be bought and sold illegally and there will be people who steal for it. Legalizing it doesn't mean it will be freely available on the shelf. LOL!!!
Caffeine's a drug. Nicotine's a drug. Alcohol's a drug. Ibuprofen's a drug. Acetaminophen's a drug. They're readily available on store shelves. Your point is moot. Your lol's are really stupid, just so you know. What's that about logic holding water?

That's a tough fact to prove because most people that do those other drugs also do marijuana.
The majority of marijuana users don't use those other drugs. Criminals, and criminal activity are centered around having power and making money. You make more money and have more power if you control the flow of more expensive, more addictive drugs. There's no fact to prove. Facts are facts.

You called me poor and stupid. I'm nineteen, and I'm more intelligent than you. Oh, and I'm going to college. My scholarships are paying for my housing and my unlimited meals.

So is poppy. So is arsenic. Just like usual, your logic doesn't hold water.
You're right about them being naturally occurring, but opium and heroin have to be made from a process and can kill people, along with arsenic. I should have called the plant harmless. Then you couldn't have taken advantage of my misstep.
