PREOUT ARE ON THE BACK OF MOST AFTERMARKET HU. THEY ARE USED TO PROVIDE SIGNALS TO EXTERNAL AMPLIFIERS. THEY COME IN DIFFERENT VOLTS, AND THE HIGHER THE PREOUT VOLT THE BETTER.
