Sonido, First thing you do is disconnect all leads (power, ground, remote, and all other physical wiring). Second, take the amp out of vehicle. Third, set it on first available fence post. Forth, take a shotgun or any high power rifle and put a few rounds through the chassis of the amp. i had one of those amps for about 5 minutes. I hooked the thing as instuructions said and it blew up after 5 minutes of just setting the gains. Went to dealer and told them about it, they told me that the phase was out of wack and that I fried to Mosfet power supply. Told the salesman right to his face "Have you ever installed one?" His responce "No, but...." So I was screwed at the retail place (Sears). Went to factory number they told me that the model I bought was out of warranty and that someone else had already registered it (Sears). So in basic terms they said I was SOL for fixing amp. In conclusion, Get rid of that amp as fast as you can!!!!! Pawn it off on someone that know diddly about car stereos.
