Help with Jensen XA2125

The first time I tried it it came on with red and then turned green and worked for a minute and then shut off. Second time it came on red and then green and then shut off. Now it just comes on red and then shuts off. Any idea's guys?

First thoughts that come to mind are that it is a Jensen, you got what you paid for. Second thought that comes to mind is that you need to recheck your grounds.

First thing you do is disconnect all leads (power, ground, remote, and all other physical wiring). Second, take the amp out of vehicle. Third, set it on first available fence post. Forth, take a shotgun or any high power rifle and put a few rounds through the chassis of the amp.

i had one of those amps for about 5 minutes. I hooked the thing as instuructions said and it blew up after 5 minutes of just setting the gains. Went to dealer and told them about it, they told me that the phase was out of wack and that I fried to Mosfet power supply. Told the salesman right to his face "Have you ever installed one?" His responce "No, but...." So I was screwed at the retail place (Sears). Went to factory number they told me that the model I bought was out of warranty and that someone else had already registered it (Sears). So in basic terms they said I was SOL for fixing amp.

In conclusion, Get rid of that amp as fast as you can!!!!! Pawn it off on someone that know diddly about car stereos.
