So i'm wondering if it would be better to upgrade to a better sub or add another of the same? [QUOTE="swtguy, post: 175940, member: 547307"] Yeah I do go to swt.(maybe soon to be texas state??) I fooled around with my system a little more and figured out that the wire that the positive wire that went directly into the woofer was loose. I sodered it in place and it works great now. However I still want more bass and was thinking of adding another sub. As I said before it's a rockford fosgate punch z 10. My box is a 2 1/2" truck box with no ports angled directly at the hatch. You'd be surprised how hard it hits for what it is. I had a 10" amplified bazooka tube in there before and it's way better than that. If I was to get another sub i'd have to get a new box(one that would hold 2 subs, what kind of box should I go for?) and of course another sub. I'm on about a $150 budget for both here. So i'm wondering if it would be better to upgrade to a better sub or add another of the same? I don't care 2 much about quality just quanity.
