Help deciding first car

Hey fellas,

Well, been a little lost looking for a decent used car.

I'm looking for a sporty looking car, 2 or 4 door, (preferably 4 door, and enough back seat room for 2 passangers, or 2 door with the same..), 4 or 6 cyl, lots of trunk space, and something that I won't be putting a lot of money into for contant fixes or spending a lot on hard to find parts, etc..

Price range is 2,000-3,300$

Model year- 94 and up

Anybody have any car models they want to throw out at me?

Oh yeah..

Needs to have alot of trunk space...and I dont want a loud car. Tunes away from the main show, the sound system....nice, quiet car, loud, earth-shattering sound system

Eh. After test driving one earlier today, they are pretty much out of the story, for now.

I am 6'2 man, and that car was just too small for me, no back seat room for my guests. Plus, the guy who was selling it told me how hard parts are to find for them, so for now, no thanks...

my vote goes to a 5.0 hatch, 89-93(only because that's when they made the switch to mass air) or if you don't want a 5.0, you could always get the 2.3L 4 banger.

4 banger mustang might be the biggest waste of money in the world. If I wanted an ugly, 88 horsepower engine, I'd go ride my lawnmower. If I had to get a stang, I'd get a 92 5.0, because everyone and their little sister has a newer body style stang.

i never said it was a good car, he just said he wanted a 4 - 6 cylinder, so i put that on the table. but like i said, my real vote goes to an 89-93 5.0 hatchback.

If I was him, which I'm glad I'm not, by the way , I'd go with a mx-6, or an Eclipse/talon.
