It looks like you have a $200 budget, right? If that's the case, you simply don't have the budget to do a decent amp AND decent components right now. However, you do have the budget to get a decent amp and then get a set of decent coaxials to use temporarily. Like the other poster suggested, with your budget, you may really want to look into used. However, if you go new, here's what I'd suggest... Amp: http://cgi.ebay.com/HIFONICS-ZEUS-ZXi3406-2-3-4-CH-300-WATTS-AMP-NEW_W0QQitemZ290045522831QQihZ019QQcategoryZ4950QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Decent little amp that'll put out 150wrms x2 @ 4 ohms - that's enough to sufficiently push most sets of components Price here would be $145ish shipped. Temporary speakers: http://cgi.ebay.com/ROCKFORD-FOSGATE-P162C-6-1-2-2-WAY-CAR-SPEAKERS-6-5_W0QQitemZ300043467471QQihZ020QQcategoryZ18799QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Decent little speakers. Go with these if you can bump your budget up by $15-20. I've been running them for a year and a half now. I'm getting ready to go with comps, but I've been very happy with their performance. If you can bump your budget by $50 or so, you could go for the Revs. If you can swing $300, you can get it all over with right now and get a decent amp and some decent comps. It's up to you. If you want some decent sound now and you have a strict limited budget, my suggestion is a decent amp with some makeshift speakers. If you're going to have the $$$ soon, I'd suggest holding out until you do.
