Wtf...the show seems allright, but I don't understand it. I know if I got *****ed at that much..I would just ****ing quit. Why don't they? The only idea I have is that they are getting alot of money. I don't know the whole show so it's probably a stupid answer.

it's a spin-off of american idol. he places the pressure on them hard and rides them pretty bad cuz it's a high demand industry running your own place. you have to kno how to work well under ALOT of constant pressure/stress and work fast. just like a drill instructor in bootcamp basically.

That show is retarded I can't have no one yelling at me eventhough it is a demanding position. Being head chef will bring in big $$$ but I don' think the trade is worth it.
