Power Acoustik is a budget brand, so if you are looking at that as your setup, keep it in mind. Their amps wont do rated, they tend to be pretty over rated actually, with the crypt series included in that statement. The Mofo is an OK sub, for what it is, but like i said keep in mind that it is a budget sub... if your not expecting the world out of it, you won't be disapointed.
Now, with that being said about the equipment you listed, let me say this... there is much better equipment to be had for around the same price... what is your total budget, and what are you really looking to get out of the setup?
