Okay, whats the scoop on this dude.

I heard and first thought he died from a mix of perscribed meds. But, my girlfriends brother is going to like acting school or some shit like that. I think its Cornish, in Seattle.

Anyways, he was telling me if you asked anyone at his school, including himself everybody would tell you that it was his role as The Joker that killed him. That he got 'into' his role so much, and did such a superb job it messed with his head. Because he was so into his part, that freaky deranged part, that it changed him. Because when you try that hard and get that good for a part, it changes you. For the good or the bad.

So what do you guys think? My only argument is why didnt Al Pacino turn out to be a drug dealer, arms dealer or mob boss. But I didnt think of it to ask him. Ill ask about scarface next time I see him.

you have got to be kidding me. Simple overdose, people who think he was to into his role are just looking for a conspeiracy.

edit: I just finished watching the Dark night Blu Ray too.

What an actor the guy was though, he was just entering his prime too.

I don't think it is, and Batman is not his last movie. There's another one comin' out sometime next year I think?
Well he died Jan 22 last year. Before they even did post production on Batman. So, I doubt he even started his next movie. Though yes he was supposed to be in another.

Wow that is probably the most retarted thing I ever heard...
Kinda what I thought. Just making sure I wasnt the only one to think that.

Jack warned him.. Apparently jack talked to heath, and told him not to play the role, as it made jack think about *******, and he took pills for depression.

you can't tell if he was being sarcastic or not. Either way he shouldn't have said that. And plus, how can a role make you depressed? Please explain that to me.

Oh yea?

I heard that if you take 2 Rampage 2100's and link em, theyll do upwards of 10K //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

it is said that he had a problem sleeping when getting a new role often before, maybe it had something to do with it because he had to practice extra hard, but still, it wasn't because his role as the joker. Shit happens, my grandpa takes pills like crazy for no reason, some people are just osessed with taking them apparebtly, and unfortunately for heath, he OD

edit: And in the video, jack didn't know he was dead. He thought they were joking i think.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus coming out March '09

Not sure if he did this before or after Batman, but this one, according to IMDB is still in post production, apparently he plays a person at a certain age, where other big name actors take over for other ages in the characters life.

As for how the character of The Joker affected him, I heard, now this was totally a rumor. That he was warned by Jack Nicholson that taking on that role is very difficult.

I can see how it might have affected his person. But I do not believe it is the cause of his death. Kissing another guy was probably more detrimental to his health.
