well, i just got offered part time at my work which, is basically full time hours with no benefits //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif but hey for 15 dollars an hour i figure what the heck.

so pretty much i need to find health insurance.

so here's my question... if you don't mind responding, although some may think it's personal but whatever.

i got quoted $75/month for basic coverage is this good?

how much do you pay a month? what kind of coverage? through where?

i just need basic coverage incase of an emergency, because my mom works at a doctors office and i can get basic things for free (physicals, throat cultures, checkups..etc.)

where are u getting paid 15 bucks an hour at part time? hell delphi packard is hiring here for 14 to start full time.
i wonder where these people on here get their jobs they claim they have. also he says he works full time hours. well after so many weeks you'd automatically be considered full time. that's why we have to cut hours on our part timers here so they don't get considered full time

it's a warehouse by where i live, supplies "do it best" hardware stores; that scatter the Midwestern region of the country. ive been working there as full time summer help since June, and since i decided not to go to school, they offered me a "part time" position, which is full time hours during busier times, yes every once and a while they'll tell me not to come in on Thursday or Friday, but in a full week ill pull at least 45 hours.

the starting rate for part time there is actually 13.50, but since i had already been there for 6 months, they started me out at 15 an hour (without benefits comes out to ~$13-14 an hour)

within 3 months i can bid into a fulltime position if one becomes availble
