Head Unit with USP ?

Hello

I am a new guy to this forum but not new to the world of car audio ..

I have a 92 mitsubishi diamante need a new head unit have factory right now.

So was looking for something cheap with USP /AUX looked at the

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X592 CD receiver anything better out there for the same price from another brand that works better ?

I have the Pioneer P6900UB [Has USB and TWO Auxiliary ports for all of you over-achievers]...

But it ran me like $200 bucks brand new.

My Kenwood has the USB direct connect for my iPod and works flawlessly.

It is a Excelon KDC-x492 and I paid 170 for it, but through Crutchfield. I needed all the stuff extra it came with.

Can be had cheaper at other online stores.

i got the same model last week from onlinecarsereo for 138 shipped. great unit imo. a little difficult to navigate at first but a breeze once you get the hang of it.

I had both the Pioneer 5000ub and the 6000ub, both are great, the 6000 give you a nicer screen and a 7 band eq
