Newbie here and I have a very basic question that I''m hoping someone can help with... I have a JVC head unit installed in my Toyota Land Cruiser which, up until yesterday was working just fine.
I'm having an issue with my rear passnger window so I had to pull the door panel to check it out. I unmounted the rear door speaker and panel with ignition on so that I could mess with the switch to trouble shoot. Put everything back together and now Im not getting any audio even though the stereo powers up. I may have grounded out the speaker while messing with the door could this have damaged the head unit? It's the only thing I can think of, does this make sense and how would I determine if it did?
Hope this makes sense? I'm a completely clueless when it comes to electrical stuff but I need to get this figured out!
Thanks!
