Head Unit Kenwood?

I own a Sony CDMX-760 Head unit and i was lookin to get rid of it for a Kenwood KDC-V7022 CD Receiver and was wondering how well off are the kenwood head units. The one thing i liked about my Sony one was it has a whole setting for subs so i could turn my subs bass up without turning up my bass on the speakers. But i was wondering how good of a head unit is the Kenwood KDC-V7022 CD Receiver or if you have any other suggestions on reasonably price head units like max between $200-350.
