Message: <blockquote data-quote="Spud2388" data-source="post: 1127107" data-attributes="member: 560562">I too have a 99 Grand, and it is very east to install a HU in.   All you have to d is get a putty knife or screwdriver, and pop the piece that is around the factory radio now, the vents will come off as well because it is one piece (there are 4 tabs that hold it on, 2 at top, 2 on bottom ends).  Then just unscrew the origional radio, 4 screws, and you now have access to the wires.  Cut them, wire in the wiring harness, and plug it in the the new HU.  Then just repeat the steps backward to finish up.<a href="http://www.wjjeeps.com" target="_blank">http://www.wjjeeps.com</a> is a great site for any info on the 99+ Grands.<a href="http://wjjeeps.com/audio.htm" target="_blank">http://wjjeeps.com/audio.htm</a>  has detailed instructions on how to remove it.</blockquote>
