heres a single din dash kit with DIC lol (driver information center)

depends ona stereo and install it doesnt look that bad.

your request is a lil unreasonable for 250

you want a double din with good sound for 250 thats not gonna happen

but heres soem choices from me

panasonic (factory look, decent sound , audio settings)

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_20884_Panasonic_CQ-5800U.aspx

nice looking sony deck

kenwood with usb and aux up front

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_20407_Kenwood_DPX503.aspx

probably the best choice but its over 250

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_19549_Pioneer_FH-P8000BT.aspx

now a single din i would recommend (eclipse, alpine, kenwood, pioneer, jvc, sony) in that specific order.

when you hook it up to the amp it will give you better(less noise) signal

heres how it works

when a head unit says it has 2.5v preout it means that the RCA out voltage reaches 2.5 at full volume

so at 50% yo will be about 1.25v

in 4 volt headunit at 50% you will be at 2 volts.
