Head unit choice

I can get this one from the classifieds for 165. It has more features But it only has 2.2 preout and 1kohm.

Should i instead get this one off ebay for like 130 http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_4041_291078841,00.html

which has a few less features but 4v preout and 100ohm.

Does ohm really matter that much i like the first one more

lower the resistance and higher the voltage the better of you are but i wouldnt give up the features that you want just for the difference of the voltage on pre outs

I think its actually more common for the sq guys to run hu's with higher pre-out voltage. Cleaner signal being sent to the amp.

yes, more preout voltage is definately not a bad thing by any means, but will it give you the gains more features will.......no

If you don't have noise with lower preouts, then having higher will do nothing. A good install, you don't have noise - period. All it REALLY gets you is a lower gain setting, which again, if you don't have noise, there's no benefit.
