HCCA-D5000 at .5 ohms??

Hey i can get two 15s where it will pull a .6 ohm load off of my HCCA-D5000. Does anybody on here know if it will be stable at that load for light daily driving and competition burps? Also do you know about what it will do? Thanks

I run my orion at .5 daily. it does fine but be sure to have a enough juice for it

The new Orion 5000's have had issues. I wouldn't reccommend running one that low daily.

i have heard they had had many problems with the new ones. I'm lucky i guess. been having mine like since april and no problems yet.

yeah i blew mine at a .5 ohm but here is the weird part, mine didn't have anything charred on the board, no odor or anything, the solenoid switch ended up sticking in the on position... .5 ohm load+orion HCCA = bad:crap: but, it got replaced by a Sundown 1500D ; )

rawdogj24 ran his that low with no problems....has a solid electrical systhem though.....
