PMed you about my memphis Prs and SE arent that loud hink Ive beat em with my prs running 1/3 the power to my subs.

the se's arent the loudest, but they sound very good, and will keep up with all kinds of music. thast cool that you beat them, i was just stating my opinion. anything will get loud/sound good in the proper box

well im the one offering them so my word wont mean much at this point but Like i said Ive beaten alot of the subs offered in this thread with em. I find them to be the best subs in this pricerange at the moment. and they fall right in the sweet spot for your amp. I guarantee none of them subs will get as loud with 230watts rms to each sub. BTW they retail for alot more.

and Hink I wasnt putting you down or anything just didnt find them to be that loud for the amount of power they take. They are a great SQ sub but really not loud.

Two Kicker Comp VR 12's, Dual 4ohm = the win

230w rms per sub should make them get plenty loud enough for ya, wotn sound bad either

I had PRs and MCs from Memphis......both got loud for the money and sounded fine though the MCs were a little better sounding. But IMO, the PRs will still sound better than Kickers overall, though I haven't heard the L series much so take that for what you will.....

I've also heard that the 187 is very similar to the Memphis HPO so that would be a good thing. They get loud....

$160 for 1 sub and he would need a new amp to get any real sound out of it. At the wattage his amp puts out 2 12" prs will eat that sub up.

diamond d6. there is a brand new one right now on ebay. bid is at $50. im running one right now and the bass is clean and smooth. although i d need a more spec box for it. thinking of porting soon to see the sound difference...
