Halp! broke back window mounts

I have been looking in local salvage yards and nothing. I was playing a slowed down usda song after i finished up the enclosure for 3 l7's and i heard a rattling and my top window mounts stripped out. I tried loctite, nothing, then jb weld and it happened again. I guess ill have to find new mounts and try something else, any suggestions? A buddy told me that has the same ride he had to have a glass shop seal up his rear window with a gasket, he said it works, but i lose usability.
