So I work at chick-fil-a and make pretty good money for my age. But the problem is lately our owner has become a dick. hes only owned the store for about a year and almost all the people from the old owner are gone(quit, left, fired because noone likes this guy). Now the boss plays favorites majorly. Lately all hes been hiring are single moms and hes starting them out higher than anyone(pay) and catering to their every desire. They are getting over 55 hours a week which majorly cuts everyone elses hours. I get yelled at because Im by myself for 4hrs from breakfast to lunch while they meander since I failed to bread a full pan of chicken so they dont have to work when they get back. So most of the employees have had it with the owner and are quitting soon. Basically me(the opener), all the closers, 3 register people, and 2 more boards people, and the only manager are quitting. Hopefully he has to shut the store down. That ***** doesnt deserve anything lol

You know **** well he didn't hire them because they needed the money. He wants to have a lot of single mothers around in some vain hope they are as desperate for *** as he is.
