Haha to you New York people

Soda? Pop? Cola? Dafuq?

It's all coke around here! All soft drinks are called coke!

"I wan't a coke"

"What kind?"

"Dr. Pepper"

"I'll have that right out!"

And it's around 32oz with unlimited refills.

I drink 64oz drinks sometimes but I work out every day and drink carbonated bev's rarely. I guess I go hard in the paint when I do drink them though. Whatev, whole milk is my main ish.

Most places have refills. I order 44oz drinks when I am road tripping. room temperature pop doesn't bother me. Depending on the flavor flat isn't so bad either. I drink Dr. Pepper anyway I can get it.
Maybe it is the libertarian in me but I don't think they government has any right to tell me how much I can drink. Do you remember when Clinton went on a diet so fast food wasn't allowed to salt their fries?

What ever happened to the capitalist free market?
it got fucked up when Apple sued Samsung and won

This is what happens when all of you people think that America is a free country.. The Gov. will do as it pleases and **** on everyone else. We get told how much we can order when we get fast food... how big our drinks can be and so on... its up to the person to limit themselves not this stupid fsking gov. to many people want a big gov. controlling their lives and so this is what we end up with.. thank you to all of you self important people that has to get into everyone's fsking business to tell them what they are doing wrong so the gov. can say oo wait money here lets ban this and that and everything else.
yep, they need to educate the dumb ones and let them limit themselves, if they choose to do so. If you don't have self control, then ***** for you when you get sick. Then again, those are the same people that the government take care of when they are sick, so think of this rule as a way to help lighten up the pocketbooks

I think it has more to do with a federal reserve and the entire banking system in US. Apple is sueing everybody. they are laying claim to home button and touch screens on phones. I think the only smart phone they approve of is a Windows phone.

mostly I drink bottled water.........

However Mayor Bloomberg is in favor of big govt , his liberal ideology and most often backwards

thinking is all thats wrong with America at the moment ..

And while I agree big sodas are not healthy,it should be MY choice what size cup I want

and not his.. It opens up the question, ban large sodas, ban double burgers ,ban fatty pizzas and

oversize hot dogs...it just goes on and on ....If he really wanted to help his city out he would have

started calling up big corporations like Coke and McDonalds and had them make "healthier Size" products but they would laugh his stupid *** out of the boardroom

Hey bro, as a cop you should know the ban is at the point of sale, not regulated on the street. There is no law that says you can't pour your own 70 ounce cup and walk around.
im not a cop , STILL its an ebarrasingh situation to ticket anyone for large drinks even if its a POS
