Had my wisdom teeth removed *w00t*

Ended up having 4 out.. The 2 lowers were impact and the 2 uppers grew out normally..

It's around the 26 hour point and I have very little pain no need for pain killers.

The lame thing is after all the reading on the net it is most likely I will get an infection and/or a dry socket.

NO straws or you will get dry socket.

use the gauges to soak up the blood.

i didn't have any pain til like 2 day later. the hydro feels great tho. i still have some left over.

when you eat, you'll think theres like food stuck there. and you'll try to pick at the strands, and thats the stitches. good thing i didn't rip any out.

just stay fresh man. food will get stuck in those areas after the stitches come out, its annoying. but it goes away after like a month

take out the gauze and smoke cigs and go get a milkshake at mcdonalds and make sure to use a straw. It will help I promise...LOL

Mine were exactly how yours were. I hardly swelled up at all, no dry socket either. Just keep rinsing with salt water, iceing your jaw, and no smoking and you'll be good to go.

after i woke up from being knocked out from getting my wisdom teeth out, i proceeded to eat a chocolate milkshake (with a straw) and french fries, and i didnt get any infections/dry sockets.

Dry sockets **** because the dentist/surgeon prick shoves a nasty tasting clove cloth down in the hole and it hurts like a ***** and the clove is strong and makes you wanna puke but eventually nums it.

I took the gauze out because it wasn't bleeding..

but over night one of my lower teeth has blood all over it.. I figure i'd just let it be as I don't want to pull the clot out..

Everything is stitched up tho.. and I was given antibiotics and anti inflammatory meds.

Did you guys brush your teeth?

They told me to start brushing today but I don't see how that is possible.. Especially how am I supposed to rinse the tooth paste out if I have to be cautious of some dumbass blood clot?

OP, go out and buy a container of SEA SALT, make a mixture of a spoon full and a cup of warm water. gargle if possible or just let it rinse around in your mouth. don't try to swish it all around or you can break your clots. do this like 4 times a day. it will greatly reduce the risk of an infection.

since i gave you that tip i can haz hook up wit pain killas???
