Hackers, computer/phone/GPS gurus: i need your help

ok long story short, i went down the shore this weekend with my gf and some friends. last night at midnight on the boardwalk someone pick pocketed my gf and took her phone. i immediatley called it after it happened and some kids answered. they have been messing with us since then. then they crossed th eline last night when they called my gf's parents at 2:30am and told them that i ***** and beat my gf. we had literally just cancelled her phone when they did this so her parents freaked when they couldnt call her. we didnt want to wake em up so we figured wed wait and tell them in the morning. but then i got a call at our hotel room at 3:30 from the front desk saying my gf's parents are on their way down. they drove 2.5 hours 1 way at 3am and then immediatley had to go back. and now today they called impersonating a cop. theyre blocking their number too. ive talked to the police a number of times and verizon, and no one will do anything. they say i cant track the phone unless im emergency services, i cant block these ****ers calling me, and i cant unblock there number to see where its coming fvrom. i know theres gotta be some way to do this shit online, so someone please help. i want to a)track the phone with its built in GPS (LG vx8300) and b)find out where the restricted number is coming from.

Right after they call you call the operator and tell them whats going on.

They will give you advice on to call the cops or what..

I have a friend at homeland security who has access to the Teleglobe GPV system and can take care of this for you. He only requires noods of your lady freind (with a bag over her head please) and he can track it down to within 100 yards of where the phone is located.

Please hurry as he does have some other terrorist work shit to work on also tonight but is willing to do me this as a favor.
