He is coming out with less expensive subs in the future (this is rumor; more daily driving based). His subs now are intended for hardcore SPL (his "Elite" series woofer). I guess that's why they have quite a few of those Db Drag World Records last time I peaked at them. His European team is phenominal and it's only getting stronger.

I think you guys missed my point. The next boner can't be Fi. I'm not suggesting Fi will go away. RE didn't go away, they're prices went way up, but they still put out a good product. Lots of people still run the Type R and L7 - they're great budget SPL subs. The Mag is still one of the best subs out there. What I was trying to get at, was to see if anyone could guess the next sub that seemingly comes out of nowhere and all of a sudden becomes all the rage on CA.

i'm new to this forum. but i've been involved in car audio for awhile.

i can definitely predict that the future of car audio will be in 6000 watt Class A amplifiers that are larger then an average size chinese man, from Chinese Department store. it was a joke by the way! not to mention they are "CLASS A" which aren't the most efficient amplifiers.
