So I had a Lanzar vibe432 amp that stopped working after 8 months so I purchased a new one and hooked it up and its still not working. I take it to get checked and the dude says the old one blew and the new one is faulty or I must have ruined it when connecting it. When I played music the subs went on for a split second then the amp shut off.I used a voltmeter (its all I got) to check the power on the ground wire and positive wire and they dont give me any signal when the car is on. When i turned the car off i got voltage (12v DC+) on the meter from the positive wire to the nut/bolt where the ground wire is connected. I took the positive wire and lightly touched the bolt the ground wire is connected to and it made a spark then the whole ground wire started working but still only shows voltage when the car is off.The amp still doesn&#039;t turn back on so I&#039;m confused ...any ideas whats going on?? thanks..
