just pulled this system out of my girlfriends car a few weeks ago and it's got to go. I had it installed in her '02 Civic all stealth like. For what it is it sounded pretty darned good. What is not included is a H/U, a sub box, tweets, and wiring, and I just sold the amp as well.
Allrighty, on with the sale. First off we have the comps I was using. Now let me just say that the mids have seen better days. They are physically beat up, but they still sound great. No problems tonally. They are Diamond Audio M6 mids. Also with the mids I am including the Diamond Audio M6 x-overs. These things are the bomb, they include tweet adjustment (+-2dbs) and even a spot for rear fill (full range). I tried to look for the info for this set but was unable to find any, sorry guys. IIRC the tweet that was used for this set was a 2 ohm version, although I have been using a 4 ohm tweet for the past year with no problems. SOLD!!!!!
Next we have the first sub I tried in the car. It's an 10" RE RE series sub. Info can be found here. Not much I can say about this sub, it's an all around good starter sub. Sounds good, but does not get too loud. Looking for $40 plus shipping on this.
Next is the first real sub that I ever bought. It's a Diamond Audio CM310D4. 10", Dual 4 ohm voice coils. Great little sub!! Gets decently loud and sounds good doing it. I had this in a .65 cuft sealed box in my 4Runner before I put it in her car and it sounded really good. Here are some unofficial specs I found for this little beast. For some reason Diamond Audio is hiding all of thier specs from past products so I hope these are correct. Looking for $50 plus shipping on this.
Last but not least I have the amp I was using for her. An MTX Thunder 405. I know, it's not PG, but it was just for the girlfriend and I really didn't want to spend that much. We bought this form Sergy of KB amp repair, before he started having some problems. The service we got was great and the amp works flawlessly. The only problem with the amp is the flimsy *** mounting feet. 2 of them are gone, and with good reason, you'll see. Besides that this amp looks great! Specs can be found here. SOLD TO VW337!!
That's it, if there are any questions or if you want more pics of anything just let me know. If something intrests you and my price is off base just send me a PM, I'm up for offers as well! Thanks guys!!
