Ingredients

1 gallon apple cider

1/2 gallon apple juice

2 cups sugar

5 cinnamon sticks

2 cups Everclear alcohol

Directions

1Heat first three ingredients to dissolve sugar.

2Once it has cooled, add 2 C. Everclear.

3Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks per glass bottle.

4Pour into glass bottles.

5Makes 2 1/2 Gal.

I got a mixture of 1/4 gallon apple cider, 1/4 gallon apple juice, and a fifth of bacardi 151 in the fridge as well. Can barely taste the rum, so it makes an interesting beverage when you get carried away. We'll see how that treats me tonight.
