And depending on how the tips are collected, many can pocket a good portion of their tips without their employer knowing, and STILL get a check for more $ at the end of the pay period because they supposedly didnt make as much in tips as they actually did. Ive known a few waiters and waitresses in the past, it can be a fairly lucrative position, depending on the actual location/job and setup of distribution/collection of tips.</p></blockquote><p></p>
