alright.. Well I think I want to..

Fiber glass.. and get my new speakers..

Heres the deal though..

Do I just get new tweeters? or all new comps...

I know, both ****, but what would be the better choice for the time being?

ALSO... Fiberglass?? Where do I buy it.. Boat store? Home Depot? . .

I have some fabric, but it is pretty stretchy, and kinda smooth (like nylon)

would I need new fabric? I would like to use my left overs if possible...

Depends on what you already have but i'd replace comps and instead of fiberglassing buy a new amp for now.

What about the whole "95% install" "5%" equipment???

I have PG RSD's with blown tweets..

I just bought all my stuff for my first install job at home depot. I bought lots of stuff so I don't run out and it cost me $75. The mat I got is the loose kind. You can almost pull it apart. I don't know what your kind would be used for.

I did a little test piece and fibreglassed over an old speaker box I had. I had the sub recessed, and I glassed a little part of that. It turned out awesome. I can't wait to start glassing my actual speaker box.

As for the amps, I don't know, pick one and go with it.

There are usually a couple guys on here selling just tweets. I hear those RSD's are descent speakers, so if I were you I would buy a good set of tweets to run with your current mids.

Yeah.. I know the set of tweets I want.. so I think I'll just go with that.. and get a new Cadence amp when I've got the monay..

you can get fiberglass and any materials associated with fiberglassing at home depot in the paint section...
