Thats one of the reasons why I stopped considering it for my next car. I haven't test driven one but I heard they are only good at higher rpms. I guess its a good track car but I don't think I would be as happy with it on the streets compared to a 350z.

Actually, the 8 is more at home on the streets than the 350. It has a more comfortable ride, much smoother ride wise and power delivery wise. The 350 is easier to drive around town because of the gobs of torque the VQ motor gives it, and it gives better fuel economy all around.

The 8's lack of low end power is really only noticed on starts from a stop, where you pretty much have to slip the clutch a bit. While cruising the motor stays higher in the RPM range and is never really out of reach of power (as long as you chose your gears properly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ) . You really have to drive the rotary differently than a piston engine. The rotary motors want to be driven into the high RPM ranges, around town I never put it into 6th gear unless I am cruising above 50 miles an hour. I try to hover around 3-4k RPM at whatever speed I am cruising at. That sounds high, but you have to consider that is still considered to be the low end of the rotary's operating range //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .

So i got an interview for a radio station today. And I have 8GA ears. I just gauged them and it was painful last night, and I dont wanna go through it again. Should i take them out fo rthe interview, or put in 8ga flest tunnels and then put diamond earrings in through those, so you wouldnt know. WHAT DO I DO??

Now on to the helping you part. Take your tunnels out. Stretching should never hurt, unless you're doing it wrong. If you wish to stretch (not gauge) your ears correctly, I'll be happy to guide you.
