This is what i can work with

Length : 36

Top depth : 5.5

Bottom Depth : 7

Height : 10 inches

Internal volume less the wood is around 1.5. cubic feet. What kind of port do I need ?

Sundown recommends a ported 0.7 box, Will get better performance while using less power with the bigger box ?

if a bigger ported box is much more efficient and goes louder, What kind of port will I need for 2 cubic feet box ?

thanks

What vehicle? What kind of music you listen to?
@CSCStang can get ya a design.....actually, I just designed my 1st angled enclosure for a few 8's or 10's on Sketchup.

4 door sedan.
the box dimension I posted is what I can work with, I can go deeper but not longer
Electronic/trance/80'z music

Your dimensions give you .84 gross. You'll need one 3" aeroport at 16.5" length for .75 net @35hz. Port would have to be side firing.

I just realized that the sub won't fit the dimensions

Length : 36

Top depth : 6.5 (was 5.5)

Bottom Depth : 7

Height : 10 inches

Is there a formula I can use in excel to determine port dimensions once I provide cubic feet volume ?

What is the max volume for a ported enclosure that I can use for this E8 D2 300 watts ?
