I'm thinking just some crazy reflection, or something else?

Like Blue prints only aliens can see?

Was just East of Casas Blancas Mex. on the Tx border.

The whole river is like that around there. looks to orderly to be random glare. In other parts it looks alot more complex, Like flux caps and stuff.
