I walked in to ask what guage wire I should run from my battery to my amps, I said I'd be running around 1400wrms, they said 16guage will be great.

Don't go to them. Overpriced speakers, and stupid people...

For some reason they told me really bad info. Dunno if the guy was new, or we misunderstood eachother, he may have thought I was asking about what to run from the amp to the speakers, not the battery to the amps.

They still have bad prices though.

We were probably talking about wire to run to your Subwoofers, not your actual power wire itself... And for prices? We do cut pretty **** good deals for most every customer. Very few people end up paying the advertised prices, it is usually much lower.
