good in ear headphones?

i have some skullcandy inkd ear buds and they are pretty good and have some nice bass. i was just wondering what the rest of you audiophiles use i am thinking about upgrading real soon.

I use a pair of etymotic er6s daily off of my ipod classic. weak bass output, good sound quality, wish I would have gone with the er6i.

Just don't get entry level Shures. Those ones that start at 100 dollars are not that good.

Believe it or not I had some Sentry earbuds that I used as a backup and I liked them. I paid like 7 bucks for them.

Those are not earbuds but I have read in a European magazine that those headphones were better than €400-€650 ones (Sennheiser, AKG, Beyerdynamic, Stax, Ultimate Ears and Shure).

Was €80 in the magazine but if it is a US company, should be much cheaper. Around $49 I believe. Do a little bit of research on those. You will not be disapointed.

i would recommend the bass freqs from v-moda, but they don't stay in my ears enough. they sound great and they have a huge increase between 17 - 30Hz

i was thinking about getting the vibes.

Had the E2's before that. Good, but not as good.

Sony MDR51's and 71's before that. They were Alright.

I had some sr60's, I just didn't like them. Too much noise escaping from them.

shure all the way. i have their e2 earphones and they are freaking awsome. i would recomend them all day and night. if you want to go all out get thier higher end models. they have 3 drivers per earphone and i have heard them personally and will tell you it is like an orgasm for your ears.
