Good Deal or not?? Please i need to know

Hey guys whats up. A freind of mine is selling me 2 brand spanking new in the factory box. 12" Mmats P2.5 subwoofers. I have a 1500.1 Phoinex gold amp. Is this a good deal for $100.00 buks a sub, And will my amp have any problems pushing these subs....

considering lowest google result NIB i found was $160 each, its not a bad deal if they truly are NIB
