each would be ran at there rated ohm load, since i don't have the subs yet.

I cant remember where i seen it at but i believe they tested the Goliath to be about the same as the 4000.1, and yes its rated at 5000 so thatll say something

after box rise and other imp. rise you should be fine. I ran mine at .9 mono and it does fine.
