I dont think so. She admitted in court that she agreed to have sex with both of them then she decided that she didnt want to have sex with the second guy in the middle of the act. I dont see how this would be much different if they had a piece of paper. she admitted to saying yes, it wasnt like she said she was saying no from the beginning. She already had sex with the one guy, and agreed to the second one. She isnt denying it. Any further proof of agreement wouldnt help.

though tag teaming in the parking lot isnt exactly classy and she did say stop, sometimes its just not that easy. i mean if you can murder someone and get off by saying you werent mentally stable at the time i think honestly sex can fall under the same category. i mean when blood isnt exactly in the brain and youve already been told yes there should be a point of no return.
