I dont think so. She admitted in court that she agreed to have *** with both of them then she decided that she didnt want to have *** with the second guy in the middle of the act. I dont see how this would be much different if they had a piece of paper. she admitted to saying yes, it wasnt like she said she was saying no from the beginning. She already had *** with the one guy, and agreed to the second one. She isnt denying it. Any further proof of agreement wouldnt help.
