I dont think so. She admitted in court that she agreed to have *** with both of them then she decided that she didnt want to have *** with the second guy in the middle of the act. I dont see how this would be much different if they had a piece of paper. she admitted to saying yes, it wasnt like she said she was saying no from the beginning. She already had *** with the one guy, and agreed to the second one. She isnt denying it. Any further proof of agreement wouldnt help.If it is written and signed by her, then it would hold up in court. But yeah I hate stupid *****es like that.
