yeah... prolly ain't gettin it now. My dad doesn't want anything that big.

I guess its all good tho, as reading previous post, it would not be suitable here anyhow, as it would be outside all the time, not indoors.

yeah i think when i move to siue im getting a dog, i was looking at a dane, like you all said there good house dogs, i like lazy dogs, do they shed?? that would be the only downfall i cant stand dogs that shed, i never read into danes figured i would just ask

or i will get a labradoodle.... poodle and lab mix.... great dogs, we have one now and its very smart, not to big, doesnt shed, and it will sit around and be lazy if thats what your doing, if your outside doing some sort of activity it will follow, it does what you want it to... ours is very loyal

Danes have really short hair, so when they shed its not near as bad as a longer haired dog, like a lab.

I know someone with a labradoodle. I never heard of it before he was like I got a labradoodle. I was like wtf!? you mean labrador? lol

They look like cool dogs, but too long hair for me.

Yes, all dogs shed. Truthfully though, I haven't noticed my dog shedding at all. Maybe when he gets bigger it will be more obvious.

Yes, all dogs shed. Truthfully though, I haven't noticed my dog shedding at all. Maybe when he gets bigger it will be more obvious.

you probably wont notice except the spots where he lays at. I only notice it on the couch mine owns.. or his spot on the end of the bed.

you sure because my uncle has a dog that is "hypoalergenic"(sp?) because they say it doesnt shed so people with dog allergies arent affected by them. Forget the breed but its a long hair dog too. little white turd named Dior

i dont remember ever seeing hair or anything in his house, but then again he passed away ~11 years ago, so I was only like 7.....but I remember a lot about him and his house.

there are dogs that shed very little.. but all dogs shed some amount.. i mean losing just one hair technically constitutes shedding. Some breed shed very little..
