Yeah, my system is like 3 years old, and it hasn't had a single issue.

Ya the one i had from launch day is still going strong but is banned from xbox live and cant read 360 game backups anymore.

Why not? The newer firmware is more strict about games then the older stuff.

it had a crappy hitachi 47dj that quit reading anything then i turned the resistance of the dvd laser down to 2.8k ohms, worked for a while and quit after a few months.

bought a toshiba ms25 and my friend who handles all the firmware flashing couldnt splice the hitachi key with the toshiba and get it to flash, so i just bought a new 360 to play online now it crapped out on me so i got a ps3

i got banned in the first wave of bannings when i tried to download the halo 3 beta off a backup copy of crackdown. this was long before iextreme

i don't have any reserved copies.. i should go reserve them now actually.. the good part is since our population isn't like the mainland so i'm sure they will have copies up untill the afternoon.

Yeah at local places around here Ive never had a problem getting something. Once you wander near the city **** gets rough. When Halo 3 was launched, at the local meijer it wasnt a problem getting it at all.

yep, i called my F.Y.E in town asking if they had it for tomorrow and they said they will be having a midnight sale(along with many other sotres like gamestop or such). which is how i know.. lol, i got 1 more hour to wait before i head over there.
