Gasoline

i tried it in my 05 v6 frontier on a day where you could get super for regular price. didn't find any improvement. higher octane was needed for my m3 i used to have though. it ran like crap without it. more for higher end and performance cars

then use it. my bmw ran like crap on 89 octane. thats just something you have to deal with driving a bimmer:D. even my moms new convertible has to use high octane. she just goes and fills up on tuesdays premium for regular price. at least thats around here

The compression ratio of your engine determines the octane rating of the gas you must use in the car. One way to increase the horsepower of an engine of a given displacement is to increase its compression ratio. So a "high-performance engine" has a higher compression ratio and requires higher-octane fuel. The advantage of a high compression ratio is that it gives your engine a higher horsepower rating for a given engine weight -- that is what makes the engine "high performance." The disadvantage is that the gasoline for your engine costs more.

so do you guys think the higher octane stuff goes the extra couple of miles on the freeway ???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/ponder.gif.ec2527b23f1d287b60dcbba54f95edba.gif
high octane gas is not supposed to give you better gas mileage...

it burns hotter and takes more compression to ignite under normal circumstances. like said above, its primary use is in high compression motors, the increased compression creates heat, and the extra octane rating keeps the gas from igniting prematurely.

i run my bike on 91 : |

just dont wana put dirty 87 in it lol

why dont u all create like a generator based off all 4 of your wheels so the car keeps moving as long as the tires are going it charges the battery to push the car then have solar pannels as the roof so it just looks like the top of the car has that solar pannel look but its molded to the type of car lol

idk
