He may/may not have scammed you...I don't know, I don't know the seller's situation, it's not my deal. There are avenues you can take which I've clearly spelled out for you on the other thread you made about this. There will always be somebody on these forums looking to rip somebody off...that's just the way it is...accept it. All we can do to protect ourselves is to do our homework on the seller before we buy anything, and NEVER send a money order unless the seller will do COD. Paypal offers SOME protection, but some is better than none.

Also, this is not "my" forum. I'm a member here, as are you. I've bought, and I've sold here...so far no problems for me...yet. If I ever do have a problem, I know there are things I can do to try to remedy the situation. Sitting at my keyboard and crying about it to other forums members, and begging them to solve my situation for me is NOT the way to get anything done.

Again, I spelled out in your other thread what steps you need to take. You're "grown up" enough to purchase online, so be "grown up" enough to handle your business.
