I was lookin at both my self....I would have gottin the g35 cause of the back seat, it has one the 350 dont (not much of one but it has one). then I decided on a full size gm (got an impala 06)

G35 if you want to drive more than 1 person at a time. Heard the 350 wasn't comfortable for everyday driving too.

Mine doesn't. That's where the roof goes when I push the down button.

the g35 has a rear seat the 350 dont, hard or soft top, that was how I comprimised with the wife LOL, "look I will get a g35 cause it has a back seat LOL"

no but there was no way I would get a car with no seat by her, then I went to a full size car (impala) and filled the trunk with a system LOLthats why I got a van too
