FX1.400 or APSM1300?

I'm looking for an inexpensive sub amp to power a sealed ID10 d4. I have the two options mentioned above that I could buy new for my target price of 110 total (including shipping) or the additional ebay items:

1. Memphis 16-PR1KD

2. PG Xenon X400.1

Out of these four, what are the best choices? I'm not really needing more than 400W RMS to the ID10 and already have a separates amp in line (PG Octane-R 5.0:4).
